Edenbrooke is a $125 million investment in land development, landscaping and construction of brand new homes in
Sinnamon
Park and Seventeen Mile Rocks.
Edenbrooke has been designed to be an easy living community with a free flowing road network incorporating Sweeping Boulevards, Wooded Avenues, Elevated Crescents and Park Edge Circuits.
The city is a short trip away using the nearby Centenary Highway which provides quick and easy access to greater
Brisbane .
Edenbrooke spans in excess of 69 hectares comprising of 500 allotments and has dedicated over 17 hectares (25%) to parkland and natural open spaces with its linear park accessible from any lot within the development. It is one of the last remaining major development sites within striking distance of the Brisbane CBD and the established retail, educational and recreational facilities of the Centenary suburbs. It will be home to approximately 1500 people upon completion.
